Project Details: An Aldi Store situated withing a residential area. The store build consisted of a carpark, attenuation tank, interceptor tank and a large volume of topsoil to cover the landscape areas. All concrete works were a success and a true testament of the quality JB Construction 1 always look to provide to its clients.
The JB Construction 1 team faced several challenges during the construction of an Aldi Store located within a residential area. One of the main challenges was the limited space available for the construction of a car park and landscape areas. The team had to carefully plan and strategize to maximize the available space and ensure that all necessary structures were built without causing any disruption to the nearby residents.
Another major hurdle faced by the team was the installation of an attenuation tank and interceptor tank. These tanks were crucial for managing water drainage and preventing flooding in the surrounding areas. However, due to the limited space, the team had to come up with innovative solutions to install the tanks without affecting the nearby buildings and infrastructure. With careful planning and coordination, the team was able to successfully install the tanks, ensuring the safety and convenience of the residents.
Additionally, the construction of the Aldi Store required a large volume of topsoil to be brought in to cover the landscape areas. This posed a logistical challenge as the team had to carefully coordinate with suppliers and ensure that the topsoil was delivered on time in the small construction site. The team also had to consider the impact of heavy vehicles on the surrounding roads and residences, and took necessary precautions to minimize any potential damage.
